A 25% deposit is required for confirmation.

Final numbers and any variations must be finalised at least 5 days prior to the function date. The final balance must be made prior to the function date, based on final numbers confirmed.

The balance is payable by cheque, Direct Deposit EFT, Master Card, VISA or cash.

All Quoted prices are + 10% GST. Any paid deposits will be non-refundable should you cancel your booking within 28 days of your function.

The organiser is financially responsible for any damage to the equipment, glasses, crockery etc. caused by the guests during the function. All prices are subject to change without notice in the event that product suppliers change their prices.
