Adam Bishop
Director

Adam has nearly 20 years of restaurant and catering experience as a chef. Adam has worked in many of Adelaide and Sydney’s finest establishments & restaurants. From 2007 – 2009 Adam was the exclusive caterer at Glen Ewin Estate and won ‘Best Function Centre in SA’ at the ‘Restaurant & Catering Awards in 2008. He started InStyleCtering (formerly Adam’s Catering) in 2002.

In 2007, Adam started The Passionate Foodie, A fine food label that is now distributed nation wide. The products include his signature Salt & pepper squid seasoning and his chilli, lime & coriander dipping sauce. Along with a range of Naturally infused olive oils and infused Australian salts, as well as his popular ‘Candied Balsamic’. All of the passionate foodie products are used in the production, preparation and presentation at InStyle Catering.

Amanda Edwards
Executive Chef

Amanda began her career in cooking at age 17 when she started her apprenticeship in Scotland and has never looked back. After moving back to Australia she completed her apprenticeship with Stamford Grand. In 2006 Amanda competed in the Hans BeuschenAward for Australia in New Zealand and bought home gold, in 2005 she competed for South Australian the Nestle Golden Chef Hat competition and also bought home gold. As well as competing both nationally and internationally. Amanda looks forward to cooking for your upcoming functions and events.

Melissa Antony
Operation manager

Melissa has been working in hospitality since she was 17. After finishing her tertiary studies she packed up and went overseas for 3 years working through America, Europe and the UK in some of the finest restaurants and hotels these countries have to offer. After also doing a stint of 3 years in Sydney, working in various restaurants & hotels, Adelaide is now home. Melissa has a passion for good service and understands the importance of any function or event.
